Maintenance Team Leader

Mason James are partnered with a international manufacturing business to support with the recruitment of a Maintenance Engineer. You will be joining the team at the new, state of the art site based in the Chesterfield area, due to growth the business an opportunity has come available to join their engineering team on a full time, permanent basis. Shift: 3 Days, 3 off, 3 Nights, 3 off. (155 working days in the year) * Award winning manufacturing site * 2 weeks off every 6 weeks for engineers * Monthly performance bonus * Annual pay increase * Overtime available Main duties: To provide planned and reactive maintenance of machinery and plant equipment, ensuring breakdowns are prioritised. This role will allow you to develop your innovation and technical skills to implement permanent fixes underpinning high performance. You will be working with both electrical and mechanical issues - however a bias toward electrical engineering is required but also able to deal with mechanical issues. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively as part of a team!
