About the role: We are excited to invite applications for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team from September 2024. This is a full-time, long-term position with a daily rate of £100 – £120. The role has become available due to the expansion of our SEN support team to better meet the diverse needs of our students. You will be a key player in delivering high-quality education and support, making a tangible difference in the classroom. Application Requirements: • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally at HLTA level. • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and experience in supporting students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Proficiency in delivering interventions and supporting differentiated learning. • Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively. • Familiarity with assessment and progress tracking. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality support to teachers and students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. • Lead small group interventions and support individual learning needs. • Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons. • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support development.
