Sales Advisor

Role: Outbound Sales Advisor Full time: 37.5 hours, permanent Salary: £11.55 per hour (£22.522.50) plus the opportunity to earn incentive. Your main responsibilities will include: * Conducting outbound calls, speaking to SKY customers about topics such as premium upgrades, broadband upgrades and speaking with customers who are in the process of leaving Sky for another provider. * Provide excellent customer service to customers * Retain customers through great conversations and reviewing their packages to suit their financial circumstances.
