Warehouse Operative - Afternoon Shift

Mon-Fri £13.90ph, Sat/Sun £14.83ph, pay rates increasing to £14.55 & £15.48+ after 12 weeks probation. Full time ongoing warehouse positions in Portbury afternoon shifts.

The role: 

- 14:00-22:30
- 5 out of 7 shift pattern including 1 or 2 weekend

As a Warehouse Operative you will be:

- Picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well-known supermarket 
- Working in a chilled and ambient environment 
- Breaking down and allocating goods 
- Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager 
- Other duties which may include heavy lifting 

The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Must have a good attention to detail 
- Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable
- Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines
- Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
