Fullscript’s Product Growth team is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead our MarTech and Data pods.

The Product Growth's MarTech pod plays a pivotal role in integrating marketing technology and customer data segmentation to drive personalization at scale. As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your mission will be to develop strategic roadmaps and ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our systems, empowering the organization to deliver highly personalized user experiences and achieve growth objectives.

You will also collaborate with the Data pod to harness vast streams of user-generated data, fueling product-led growth initiatives. By working proactively and collaboratively, the Data pod identifies and prioritizes strategic growth opportunities aligned with our objectives.


What you'll do
  • Leadership and Management: Lead the MarTech & Data Pods, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, integration specialists, and other key roles. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of the platform and relevant projects.
  • System Integration: Oversee the team's involvement integrating technology such as Snowflake, Rudderstack, Fivetran, Hightouch, Iterable, Appcues, Gladly, Ada, Mixpanel and Salesforce to ensure a unified and comprehensive customer profile on behalf of the Product Growth organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and ensure the platform supports personalized customer journeys and strategies.
  • Data Integrity and Security: Collaborate with the Data organization to ensure the integrity, security, and availability of customer data across all integrated systems and tools.
  • Proactive Growth Identification: Work with the data pod to identify and prioritize growth opportunities that align with our strategic goals when optimizing Fullscripts product experience.
  • Experimentation and Monitoring: Spearhead the design and analysis of A/B tests and product features, enabling rapid iteration and optimization of our products based on user feedback and behavioral data.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to various product stakeholders.
What you bring to the table
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a product management or similar role, preferably within a data-driven and customer-focused environment.
  • Technical Skills: Relevant and comparative experience with data warehousing (Snowflake), customer data platforms (Rudderstack), ETL and reverse ETL processes, and familiarity with tools like Iterable, Appcues, Salesforce, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration and achieving common goals.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
