Store Assistant

Location: Store Assistant Location: Margate Pay rate: £12 per hour Contract: Temporary position throughout the Summer Hours: 9:15am-5:15pm (weekends) and 9:30-5:15pm (week days) Benefits: weekly pay, up to 28 days annual leave, access to free eyecare vouchers, dedicated consultant to support you throughout your role, temp of the month awards and access to well-being platforms which also includes discounts on 850 retails/restaurants. Our client, who has a boutique store in Margate, sell natural skin care and wild fragrances, which they sell in store worldwide. As a store assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store. This position involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with product knowledge, maintaining store cleanliness and contributing to the overall success of the store. The store assistant works closely with the assistant store manager and the retail & spa manager and other team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for customers. Responsibilities: Customer service Sales support Store maintenance Visual merchandising Assist in events and promotionsRequirements: Previous retail experience, preferably in skincare or beauty. Passion for skincare and a strong interest in beauty industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of skincare products and ingredients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
