Site Manager

Site Manager required in the Reading area Our client is seeking to employ a Site Manager to work on a project close to the Reading area, you will be an experienced Site Manager with experience of working on a variety of contracts within the housing and commercial sectors with experience of refits. Your responsibilities will include * Complete construction supervision, you will lead and motivate the site team to deliver the project, within programme and budget, * Ensuring that quality, health and safety and Company procedures are adhered to and that the Company is not exposed to unnecessary risk at site level * You will liaise with client’s consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly and develop an on-site client focused approach. * Always represent the company, it is important the candidate is well presented. * Ability to work alone overseeing contracts Essential Qualifications: * Current First Aid Certificate * SMSTS Certification * (CITB) or equivalent CSCS Card * Health & Safety Awareness Training * Very Good Communication and inter-personal skills * Ability to organise and control a busy site ensuring its health & safety is a priority and the site is kept clear and tidy. * Motivate and lead operatives * Team player Does this Site Manager opportunity sound like your next solid move?
