Manufacturing Line Leader

Full job description Job Overview: We are seeking a Line Leader to oversee our manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of goods on the production line, as well as being responsible for various quality checks This is a leadership role that requires organisational and problem-solving skills. FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN Duties: Manage a small team and plan, organise, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency Other duties - Actively working on the production line on a daily basis. - Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness Qualifications: Proven experience as a Line Leader or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Previous packing experience is ideal. Job Type: Temp- Permanent Pay: £11.44-12 an hour AND WEEKLY PAY Role: Haverhill CB9 On-site parkingSchedule: Monday to Thursday 8:30am till 4pm
