Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job title: Quantity Surveyor Remuneration: £60,000 - £90,000 per annum Location: London O’Neill and Brennan have immediate requirements for quantity Surveyor with strong residential experience to work on a range of projects across the London area. Our client is a leading developer who are looking to bring on multiple surveyors to round out commercial teams on their projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. You will also be required to liaise with a range of other teams working on the project and to ensure everything is on track. Additionally, you will advise clients and contractors on compliance issues and commercial risks associated with their projects and procure the necessary building permits to ensure the construction works comply with building regulations. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have: * 5+ years prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor. * Long stints in each job * Background on residential projects * Proven experience working on large scale projects.
