Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Resourcer to join our Secondary Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and have a keen interest in recruitment and human resources. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing the best teaching and support staff in secondary schools across South London, ensuring that we meet the schools' needs and uphold our vision of changing lives. Responsibilities: Identify and attract high-quality teaching and support staff through various recruitment channels. Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and reference checking processes to ensure candidate suitability. Maintain and develop relationships with both new and existing candidates to ensure a robust talent pool. Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and match candidates with suitable vacancies. Manage communications with both candidates and schools, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Uphold the company’s values and vision in all interactions and processes. Participate in and contribute to social events and other team-building activities. Handle administrative duties related to recruitment, such as maintaining candidate databases and records. Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role would be desirable, preferably in the education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
