Social-First Designer

Are you an talented Social-First Designer looking for an opportunity to develop eyecatching designs for a range of coveted global clients? We are looking for a passionate design professional to join a leading marketing services company, well known for producing pioneering creative work. The successful candidate will work with social media managers to conceptualise and design social-first creative. You will be a design expert and a social media native, fully immersed in online culture and social media marketing, and always up to date with industry news, trends, and platform features. This is a fast-paced role and we are looking for someone who enjoys working to tight deadlines and responding quickly and creatively to last-minute reactive content briefs. What you can expect: Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Competitive salary Fantastic range of employee wellbeing initiatives We're looking for a Social-First Designer with the following skills and experience: Extensive experience in a similar social-first design role, ideally with Adobe Creative Cloud, or other platforms such as Serif or Figma Evidence of creating engaging content for organic social media, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and X (Twitter) as well as newer channels such as Threads and Discord Adept at content ideation and working with a team to lead on brainstorming Demonstrates an understanding of social humour and the role entertainment plays in social media Sound knowledge of internet culture and all social media platforms Ability to work to tight deadlines successfully Experience with motion graphics (in After Effects or Photoshop) is desirable but not essential
