Electrician

S2l generators is pleased to announce we are expanding our electrical team. And are on the look out for an experienced electrician/ electrical engineer. As part of our electrical team your main duties will include working on permanent and temporary electrical installations. This will include; site surveys, installation of generators, BESS and solar units where applicable, testing and certification on all completed set ups. This is an exciting role whereby no two days are the same and you will have the opportunity to work across different sectors and industries. The right candidate would have sufficient experience in the commissioning and testing of new and periodic installations. Taining on generators, BESS and solar units will be provided. The right candidate will have at least 5 years electrical experience in the electrical industry and be comfortable with the following; * Working independently * Be able to diagnose and rectify electrical faults * Commission and test electrical installations * Liaise with clients on site to make sure the correct outcome is met * Have good communication skills * Be willing to travel * Full UK driving license The right candidate will also be experienced in the following cable types; * SWA (steel wired armoured) * HO7 * SY * SINGLE CORE (PVC/PVC) * POWERLOCK DISTROBUTION CABLES * COMMUNICATION CABLES MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 18TH EDITION WIRING REGS (BS7671) * C&G 2391-52 Test and Inspect * LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION * BS7909 TEMPORARY ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS * ECS CARD HOLDER Benefits: * Company van * Private health care * Medicash scheme * Pension
