Job Title: Quality Manager Location: Kettering Salary: £50K - £55K Shift: Days Industry: FMCG Manufacturer Company Description: A FMCG manufacturer is looking to recruit a Quality Manager to manage all quality issues and daily quality activities to ensure customer requirements are met. Responsibilities as Quality Manager: * Oversee and maintain Company regulatory compliance in relation to Quality. * Manage and maintain all aspects of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accreditations. * Lead and develop a culture of Continuous Improvement * Provide expertise and experience to the business in developing and refining the Quality Management Systems to meet the developing business requirements. * Manage non-conformance process including root cause analysis. Skills & Experience required as Quality Manager: * Experience managing the Quality function in a regulated engineering / manufacturing environment such as Automotive, Aerospace, etc NOT Food. * Conversant with ISO9001 If you would like to find out more, simply click apply.
