In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers at our retail pop-up events, helping them understand the value of the brands we represent, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:Actively promote our brands and products during pop-up retail events, focusing on driving customer engagement and sales.Provide excellent face-to-face customer service, answering questions and offering personalized product recommendations.Build strong relationships with customers to create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.Assist in setting up and managing pop-up shops, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.Work with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets during events.Share product knowledge and brand stories to help customers feel more connected to our mission.Requirements:Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus, but not necessary.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.A positive, outgoing attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.Ability to think creatively to solve problems and address customer needs.A passion for working in retail and delivering great service.What Success Looks Like:Success in this role means delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, and ensuring that every customer leaves our events feeling satisfied and excited about the brands we represent.
