ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE • Lead by example, displaying company vision and values daily. • Manage all aspects of your region, including staff, operations, and fleet performance. • Develop new business through strategic relationships. • Enhance customer experiences and uphold high service standards. • Implement efficient processes and improve technology for continued growth. • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Utilise your time management and conflict resolution skills to excel under pressure.
ABOUT YOU • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Well-organised and proven ability to multi-task. • Proficient in computer skills. • Knowledge of fleet operations and logistics, ideally. • Proven leadership and customer service focus.
YOU WILL HAVE • Minimum 5 years of management experience. • Previous senior leadership roles. • Strong safety management background, ideally. • Experience in fast-paced team environments. • Background or knowledge in Tourism and/or Transport Industry is preferred but not essential.
