Job Description Within the commercial team at Orient-Express, the Director, Revenue Management Strategy drives Orient-Express commercial strategy for Trains & Cruises by planning, managing, and optimizing all revenue streams. Play a pivotal role in setting up the relevant distribution systems as the company is set to open Sales Rolling out the Business Intelligence ecosystem to effectively follow performance, strategy assessment, customer insights and competition tracking through leading-edge data driven insights, measurements, and advanced analytics Monitor long-term performance and complete revenue forecasts in a timely manner to accurately project demand. Optimizing pricing strategies through definition and management of all rates, rate levels, terms and conditions and other tactics to reflect demand and other market conditions Maximizing cabin/room revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory, content, and rates therein Qualifications Min 6-8 years of work experience in Revenue management / Pricing / distribution Strong business acumen / strategic thinker Perfect understanding of travel/train/hotel luxury industry and how to drive topline Leadership, experience as a manager Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Required tech skills for the role: Microsoft office, worked with RMS/inventory system, database understandings Language: English (proficient), French is a plus Additional Information What's in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide for you and your family.
