Job Title: Senior Site Manager – Envelope Package Location: Kilburn, London A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to lead the envelope package for a prestigious new build project in Kilburn. The development includes a 6-storey block featuring retirement care units alongside 22 high-quality residential apartments. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of the envelope package, including cladding, roofing, windows, and external façade works. * Ensure superior craftsmanship and maintain stringent quality control throughout the project’s external works. * Collaborate closely with subcontractors to ensure the envelope package is delivered on time and to exact specifications. * Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between external envelope works and the internal fit-out process. * Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on site, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations. * Participate in regular progress meetings, providing comprehensive updates to senior management. * Proactively identify and resolve any potential challenges or delays to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Key Requirements: * Demonstrated experience as a Senior Site Manager managing envelope packages on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments. * In-depth expertise in façade, cladding, and external works. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to oversee subcontractors and collaborate effectively with internal teams. * Excellent organisational abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines. * Comprehensive understanding of health and safety protocols, with experience in maintaining a secure site environment. * Essential certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid. * Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
