Duties of a Quantity Surveyor       Cost Value Reporting Managing Retentions Site Visits Variations Sub-contractor payments and notices Remeasures and Pricing Interim Valuations Contract administration It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills; Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (or working towards) Good understanding of JCT and NEC contracts Experience in the construction industry Working understanding of Microsoft Office applications              CSCS card beneficial  This client offers: Company Car or Allowance Excellent development and advancement opportunities Company Pension.
