Job Requirements / Description
We have a new requirement for Construction Superintendent Consultancy Services with a mechanical bias, for our client based in Middlesbrough on a LTD basis. Delivery of scope of works required to be within a 12-month period to ensure project deliverables.   Deliverables summary: Liaising with specialist sub-contract companies/contractors and plant personnel to scope out and install as per the scope of work and the multitude of site standards Identifying scope of work packages to be completed by specialist sub-contractors Monitoring performance to plan and identify improvements to safety and performance Writing technical and progress reports    Competency: Mechanical and Production Engineering or ONC Mechanical/Manufacture Engineering along with appropriate previous service provision Expertise in replacing large vessels and pipework during a shutdown period, working on a Top Tier COMAH site and leading & managing multi-disciplined teams Practitioner of a Safe System of Work, including method statements and risk assessments, along with good personal and an understanding of how to manage work safely complying with engineering standards Good communication skills with design, construction and operations teams and an Excellent grasp of engineering drawings    If you feel you have the relevant competency and background to deliver Construction Superintendent Consultancy Services, please provide a business profile or get in touch for full SoW
