Your Role as an RMN:
- Provide top-notch care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
- Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement.
- Adhere to all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation.
- Contribute to patient assessments and care plans.
- Lead shifts and mentor team members at a senior level.
