Profile: Our client is a distributor of industrial products in the metals industry. We are looking for an inside sales rep who will manage a territory of existing accounts and be accountable for growing that base of customers and adding new customers. The ideal candidate wants to learn, has great basic selling skills is self-motivated and will use a variety of methods to grow their base which is not limited to cold calling, upselling, cross selling, networking, referrals, account management and sales presentations. You will be accountable for meeting sales quotas and customer satisfaction.
Territory: Montreal and surroundings
Workplace: Montreal (presence at office)
Commissions/Bonus: $25,000 at 100% of plan ( commissions and profit sharing), uncapped commissions

Job Functions:
- Systematically call into base of customers assigned
- Learn needs of each client
- Propose solutions to client base
- Follow up on sales quotations and presentations
- Track client usage and enquire about future projects
- Call on underperforming accounts
- Follow up on warm leads
- Cold call for net new clients

Education: Post-secondary education
Training: Full on the job training provided
Years’ of experience: At least 3 years' b2b sales experience needed
