Intermediate Programmer / Software Developer

We are looking for an Intermediate Programmer / Software Developer for our client who meets the following criteria: Language: Bilingual Security Clearance: Reliability Location of Work: Onsite – The work will be carried out at one of the three garrisons where the 2 Cdn Div Support Group operates, or by telework – Longue-Pointe – Montreal Garrison, Valcartier Courcelette, QC and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Mandatory Requirements: 2 or more years’ significant experience in application development with Oracle APEX version 5 and higher 3 years or more of significant PL/SQL experience 2 years’ significant experience in Oracle forms 6i The employer must certify that the resource is able to express him/herself effectively in French, both orally and in writing. Base proximity: The resource is close to the Longue-Pointe, Saint-Jean or Valcartier bases (distance of less than 100 km). Reliability: The resource must have a reliability rating (VFA). The consulting firm will provide technical assistance to the consultants. Nice to have requirements: Significant experience in developing applications with Oracle APEX version 5 and higher within the last seven years. Only projects lasting more than 4 months will be considered. Between 2 and 4 years = 10 points Between 4 and 5 years = 20 points More than 5 years = 30 points Significant recent experience with Oracle PL/SQL (stored procedures and/or packages and/or triggers and/or functions) only projects over 4 months will be considered. Between 3 and 4 years = 10 points Between 4 and 5 years = 20 points More than 5 years = 30 points Knowledge and experience of optimization techniques, only projects over 4 months will be considered. (Interpretation of execution plans) and SQL query analysis; Between 3 and 4 years = 10 points Between 4 and 5 years = 20 points More than 5 years = 30 points Experience in quality control – (unit testing, integrated testing) Between 2 and 4 years = 10 points Between 4 and 5 years = 20 points More than 5 years = 30 points Experience in database modeling, only projects over 4 months will be considered. Between 2 and 4 years = 10 points Between 4 and 5 years = 20 points More than 5 years = 30 points Experience in migrating forms 6i applications to Apex, only projects over 4 months will be considered.
