Warehouse Administrator

Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for our client in Stafford Park for a Warehouse Administrator on a temporary to permanent contract. Hours of work: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week Pay £11.65 per hour £24,232 per annum Description and key responsibilities as an Warehouse Administrator: Adding customer picks to WMS Picks - winding on automated pick requests, plus all other pick requests received Pre-notifying inbounds – create movement requests for inbound deliveries Scanning in - adding pins and scanning in deliveries received Taking bookings - taking phone call bookings and adding to the inbound diary Data entry WMS – adding pallet ref/details, batch info to inbounds Filing – pick note paperwork Stock reports – sending customer stock reports on request Qualifications and skills required as an Warehouse Administrator: Minimum of 2 year’s previous experience in an Administration role Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and communication skills Reliable, flexible, hardworking and positive Ability to take initiative when it comes to your workload and prioritising tasks.
