Job Requirements / Description

We are looking to hire a Product Designer to create, collaborate, and iterate on sketches, flows, and high-fidelity visuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Use prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work.
  • Define key research questions and objectives, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of successful partnership with product managers, designers, engineers, and other business partners.
  • Contribute to design team efforts such as organizing and running idea sessions, helping to define user scenarios, and iterating on our Design system.
  • Support development teams throughout the implementation cycle.
  • Work independently and take initiative to solve problems in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and the broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality.

Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years experience building and shipping software at the level of whole features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience.
  • More than 2 years of experience driving research initiatives and facilitating sessions.
  • Up to date with current design methodologies, industry standards, and tools. (Notion, Sketch, Zeplin, Zeroheight, Dovetail)
  • Visual Design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function
  • Experience in an Agile Environment.
  • Experience working with and iterating on a design system.
  • Experience presenting work to a broader team, and clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile development process.
