This is an open application since we are looking for EPM consultants to join our team in Paris next year. Our global squad of 250+ digital transformation experts offers advisory, tech implementation, and managed operations services for the CFO's office. In this role, you'll team up with clients to make sense of their data and help them make smarter decisions. We're all about collaboration, interaction, and a commitment to quality. Here at inlumi we want to create an environment where you feel safe to be yourself, take risks, try new things, and dare to deliver.ResponsibilitiesManage EPM projects and lead project teamsEngage with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutionsDeliver high-quality EPM consulting servicesDesign and implement EPM solutions using leading technologiesMentor and develop team membersSupport sales efforts by participating in proposal development and sales presentationsCreate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other team membersRequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Computer ScienceExperience in EPM Consulting, with proven experience managing a teamStrong understanding of EPM technologies, such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, IBM Planning Analytics and OneStreamDeep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis processesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to develop strong relationships with clients and partnersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsOur cultureWe trust you to get the job done in a way that works for you.All inlumi team members are unique and we ensure that everyone is given the space to be themselves.
