Assistant Nursery Manager

Candidates must hold a full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 or above** KiddyKare are seeking an Assistant Manager for a well-established nursery based in Chertsey. Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Manager; The focus of Assistant Manager will be to help develop the quality of education within the setting. * To open and close the nursery in absence of the manager and be responsible for planning of the day ahead. * To work alongside head office where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the setting. * To evaluate the practise of staff and education with the nursery setting and develop this alongside the room leaders. * To hold 1-1 and supervisions meetings when necessary * Help plan and run nursery events. * To undertake and lead on additional responsibilities such as SENCO, training co-ordinator, safeguarding Officer etc If you think you are the perfect match for this incredible opportunity, please apply and one of our consultants will be more than happy to help
