Our team comprises over 600 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.We are thrilled to announce that we are looking for a talentedHead of Animation Unit to join the vibrant team behind Fire Spike, an exciting animated YouTube series for kids aged 4-8. Fire Spikeis the first Lithuanian-made kids' animation positioned for foreign markets, showing a very strong track record in the USA. Throughout 2024, we produced over 60 episodes in 7 languages, gained more than 150 million views, and achieved all of this organically, without any marketing.We’re on a mission to become a leading name in kids' animation, and we need a talented Head of Animation to help bring this vision to life!What You Will Do: Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure the quality of our animation. Set and maintain high standards for storytelling, visual style, and audience engagement. Oversee a talented team of animators, writers, designers, and production staff. Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment that encourages creativity and innovation. Regularly analyze content performance, track KPIs, and review feedback to optimize production output and ensure continuous improvement in audience reach and engagement. Define and manage key performance indicators for the business goals. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality animation that aligns with growth targets. Take full ownership of the YouTube channels, managing all aspects of content strategy, scheduling, optimization, and audience engagement to ensure sustainable growth. Develop and execute strategies to drive viewership, increase subscribers, and maximize the reach of the channel. Leverage trends, data insights, and audience preferences to inform decisions. Formulate and execute plans to expand and strengthen our intellectual property, aiming to build a global IP. Collaborate with marketing teams to build and execute a strong brand strategy. Develop and lead strategies to distribute content beyond YouTube. What We Expect: Ability to make informed decisions backed by data; Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data, understand market trends, and make strategic decisions; Experience in content-related role would be considered a strong advantage; A strong desire to grow the project and develop world-renowned IP; Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team; Demonstrated ability to lead projects and own the strategy and results; Good judgment, competent decision-making, and strong problem-solving skills; Familiarity with content creation or proven ability to operate in a similar capacity; Experience in animation is considered an advantage; Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).
