Sales Process Improvement: Review, agree, and implement changes to enhance the current sales process. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a related industry. Sales Expertise: Proven track record in managing and growing sales, including key accounts and new market development. Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships. People Management: Effective in coaching and developing a sales team. Financial Acumen: Excellent understanding of budgets, cost controls, and margins. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
