Job Requirements / Description
My client is based in Dingwall. They are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join the team on a full time contract, however, part time would be considered.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the team and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls,
and mail.
• Maintain and organise office files and records, both electronic and physical.
• Diary management and liaising with team members.
• Ordering supplies.
• Processing purchase and sales invoices.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and client appointments.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall function
of the office.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or
similar role would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
