UX & CRO Lead

CRO Lead £60,000 - £65,000 London - Hybrid - 2x per week We are representing a market leading, international FMCG business who are looking for a CRO Lead to join their organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing team within Digital & E-Commerce. As a CRO Lead, you will form part of a 3-person team and report into the E-Commerce Manager. You will manage and execute the experimentation roadmap, drive improvements online for their B2C websites and E-Commerce platforms, as well as aid the delivery and optimisation of their new website due to come live in September. We are looking for: Prior experience and ability to own and manage large E-Commerce platforms (>£25million/year) Extensive experience using optimisation tools - Adobe Target Experience with UX Design If this sounds of interest, please apply today
