A primary school based in Northampton is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of diverse pupil groups
Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and learning
Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective teaching practices
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development and well-being
Contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular activities and eventsRequirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Completion of Initial Teacher Training
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to educational excellence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school environments
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics
