Bree is headquartered in Vancouver, B.C. and we are excited to continue bringing world-class talent onboard to help shape the next chapter of our growth.The role:We are looking for a Chief of Staff who will work closely with the executive team in our dynamic and hyper growth environment. These projects will expose you to all aspects of building a startup from the ground up, including launching new initiatives, hiring, managing customer relationships, and supporting fundraising and investor conversations.What you’ll do:Work hand-in-hand with the executive team on various initiatives, including strategic and operational planning, product development, and customer acquisition.Act as a sounding board and provide input on key decisions to accelerate our growth strategy and product roadmap.Design new products, optimize performance, and bring a financial lens to resource allocation.Own and manage special projects end-to-end to ensure timely and coordinated delivery.Execute in-depth analyses including revenue cohort level analysis as well as user acquisition metrics (e.g. CAC, LTV, & ROAS).Take on ambiguous, unresolved problems (e.g., how should we structure our customer loyalty program?
