Housing Solutions Officer

VNA Recruitment are currently searching for a Housing Solutions Officer for our client based in Islington. The main responsibilities of the role are: * Dealing with difficult housing enquiries in order to ensure all customers have a positive experience * Providing clients with a written record of the advice and guidance provided * Providing appropriate basic advice and assistance on all matters of housing entitlement * Ensuring customers receive correspondence written in plain English * Ensuring wherever possible that homelessness is prevented by ensuring the broadest range of housing options are available to customers * Following the clients procedures and protocols If you feel you are suited to this role, then please apply today
