About the role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our Key Stage 1 students. You will deliver engaging and creative lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include curriculum planning, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure each child reaches their full potential. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1. • Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies. • Ability to differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that stimulate and engage KS1 students. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents. • Create a supportive learning environment that promotes positive behavior and mutual respect. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to support student development and achievement. We offer a competitive daily rate ranging from £160 to £210, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with ample opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
