Job Details We are seeking a trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to job opportunities within our organisation. Duties:- Utilise human resources and recruitment tools to identify potential candidates- Generate leads through various channels to build a strong candidate pipeline- Manage applicant tracking systems efficiently- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Oversee social media management for recruitment purposes- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients Experience:- Proven experience in recruitment is not desired, however, it would be beneficial- Proficiency in using Microsoft programs also desired (Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc)- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A degree would also be desired, however, not beneficial. WFH option once every two weeks. A generous pension and holiday package also included- 26 days and bank holidays on top of these.
