Our client in Croydon is a beautiful 11 bedded Mental Health care home that is rated Good in all areas in their CQC report. They now have an exciting opportunity for motivated and experienced Support Worker to join their passionate team on full or part time, permanent contracts. Support Worker - Ref No.59052 * £11.55-12.00 per hour * Days and Nights available * 12 Hour shifts (8-8 shifts) * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care preferred This is a beautiful 11 bedded Residential Care Home specialising in Mental Health in the Croydon area. The Care Home is seeking passionate and dedicated Support Worker (preferably with previous care home experience) to join their care team on permanent contracts. As a Support Worker you will be expected to lead by example at all times and provide strong leadership skills to the rest of the care team. The care home has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and offers multiple communal areas for residents to use as they please. All rooms come with an en-suite and all furniture is provided as standard although residents are able to bring their own small items as they wish to personalise their rooms.
