Financial Controller

Reporting to the Directors and Partners, you will head up and lead the finance function and team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the finance function of the firm including leading a small team Preparation of monthly management accounts Implementation of improved financial reporting systems and controls Preparation of forecasts Oversee all transactional accounting operations Ad hoc reports and analysis for internal projects. Requirements: Qualified accountant, ACCA, ACA / ICAEW or equivalent Proven experience in managing or supervising accounts teams as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager / Director, Head of Finance or similar role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data IT proficiency in financial software systems such as Xero, Iris etc plus strong MS Excel skills Proactive mindset with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
