Highway Project Manager

Title: Highways Project Manager Location: South of England Salary: up to £92,000 plus £6,000 car allowance Working Schedule: Hybrid with 4 days at home   About My Client:   My client is a leading specialist provider of overhead line and sub-station services in the UK, delivering construction and infrastructure. They are looking for a project manager with heavy civil experience to work on the enabling works on the sub-stations in the south.   Key Responsibilities:   - Support in securing new projects in line with strategic plans. - Manage overall profit and loss for both standard and complex projects. - Ensure timely delivery of projects to the highest quality standards. - Maintain and promote a collaborative working environment.   Skills and Experience:   - Experience within a similar role at a tier-one contractor. - Proven experience at a management level within the highways sector. - Strong people management skills. - Commercial awareness with proficiency in budgetary and financial control. - Ability to navigate and resolve complex operational and commercial problems across  interest groups. - Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, with the capability to address sensitive issues.   What they offer:   - Generous salary - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Health cover - Subsidence allowance - Car allowance - Accommodation allowance - Pension plan   FOOTNOTE: If you feel that you are right for this role technically, but the salary, location or seniority does not suit you specifically then please still feel free to send us your CV.
