We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our corporate-commercial group. The candidate must have 3 to 7 years’ corporate-commercial experience with secured lending transaction experience being an asset. The candidate requires the capacity to work independently, and collaboratively while mentoring others within the group. As well as have the ability to exercise good judgement, with a strong work ethic and positive team approach while working in a fast-paced environment demonstrating responsibility for the carriage and management of corporate-commercial files. The successful candidate should have the following specific hands-on knowledge: mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, reorganizations, shareholder and partnership agreements, financing transactions, and a commitment to working in a growing Hamilton firm.
