Job Title: Sessional Assessing Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Sessional Assessing Social Worker. As a self-employed Form F Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing support to vulnerable individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of individuals and families
• Develop and implement effective support plans to meet the needs of service users
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Experience in social work, preferably in a Form F assessing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Location: North West region, with travel to various locations including Wirral, Warrington, Liverpool, Ormskirk, Southport, Manchester, and Greater Manchester area.
