Focal Point (Repairables)

An opportunity has arisen for a Focal Point assigned to a client to support the inventory activity at Heysham. The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with SAP inventory process. They will liaise directly with the Spares & Repairs Coordinator in Aberdeen. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the tracking and general management of repairable items in the Heysham warehouse once dispatched to or from the vendor, or returned from offshore. The management of all materials transferred on/offshore via the heliport including SAP manifesting, management of monthly KPI’s for SAP temporary locations and identifying inefficiencies in the process and identifying solutions. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate that they are an excellent communicator and have an aptitude for innovative thinking. An experience SAP user who is proficient with Microsoft Office, they need to have a flexible, proactive work ethic. This role would suit someone who is a skilled problem solver and focused on achieving their objectives.
