The Bannister Salmon Arm GM is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our fast-paced, high performing team!Salary: 100,000-200,000/year (base plus commission)Schedule: Full-time hoursKey Responsibilities:Running an efficient and profitable sales department Meeting inventory sales targets as well as gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basisLead by example while supporting team membersTraining new employees to use company software and successful sales techniquesAnalyzing sales statistics to determine the performanceResearching and developing new sales strategiesCommunicating with customers, department heads, and a variety of other individualsSkills & Requirements:Excellent sales and customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsLeadership skillsProblem-solving and organizational skillsPrevious management and sales experience (2+ years)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong product knowledge
