Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a large team, managing food and labour costs, and continuously assessing and improving kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a large team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
- Manage food and labour costs, including stock takes, to ensure profitability and budget targets are met
- Continuously assess and improve kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Mentor and develop junior chefs to achieve their full potential
- Monitor wastage and implement strategies to reduce it

About You
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As a Sous Chef, you will be a hands-on, proactive, and inspirational leader who is passionate about all things food and sustainability.
You will have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, a proven ability to lead and inspire a team, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will be a strong communicator, a team player, and a creative problem solver.
