Finishing Foreman

Blue Water Recruitment is looking for a Finishing Foreman to work on a new build construction project in Cardiff. We are looking for a candidate to start immediately till December 2024. You will be joining the on-site management team and will be working alongside the Finishing Manager to organise the snagging and defects of a new build construction project. Working hours will be 0730 – 1630. Daily duties * Work closely with subcontractors to ensure that the standard of work is kept to a consistently high level. * organise snagging lists for each section. * remain within handover periods and expectations meeting all handover criteria.
