We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Food Technology Teacher to join our talented team. Role Overview: As a Food Technology Teacher, you will inspire and engage students through dynamic and practical lessons in food technology. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality curriculum that develops students' skills in cooking, nutrition, and food science. This role requires a creative and enthusiastic educator who can motivate students to achieve their best. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Food Technology lessons to students at KS3 and KS4, with potential opportunities to teach KS5. Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and the latest educational standards. Provide constructive feedback to support students' academic and practical growth. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity. Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed in the food technology classroom.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Proven experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level, with a track record of achieving excellent student outcomes. Strong knowledge of the Food Technology curriculum and current educational practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
