Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Year 4 curriculum, ensuring all students are challenged and supported in their learning. Monitor and assess pupils' progress regularly, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and promote academic success. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels encouraged and motivated to learn. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best possible educational experience for all students. Promote the social, emotional, and personal development of pupils, encouraging their independence and love of learning. Primary School Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with a focus on Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience is a bonus). Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inspiring and nurturing environment for students.
