Red Sky are currently recruiting for an Office Manager based near Heathrow airport. This exciting opportunity is working for a well establish FM company paying £45,000 - £50,000pa. Working Monday - Friday 0830 - 5pm, if you think you have the below skills, apply today! Roles and Responsibilities Meeting and greeting clients/customers. Management of 2 head office employees: HR, Pass and Training Manager / Recruitment and Staffing Manager Company compliance, including but not limited to FORS, ISO, Constructionline Organise company events and hotel / travel arrangements. Ordering of office supplies and stationery PPE Ordering, stock management and issue Minuting meetings Recruitment for head office and warehouse roles Management of parking and office arrangements Review and issue of staff contracts. Create, review and amend company policies for director approval. Onboarding of new staff Personal Development Plan role out and management Probation reviews Requirements Attention to detail. Office admin experience Excellent verbal and written communication IT ability including MS Work and Excel Ability to adapt quickly to new software. Excellent at creating and maintaining positive working relationships with interpersonal skill, both remotely and face to face Excellent time management and prioritisation of work often with conflicting deadlines Reliable and punctual, with a positive professional attitude and approach to work
