Estates Director

Location: North Lincolnshire (On site) Salary: £40,000+ (Negotiable) + excellent benefits We are seeking an experienced Estates Director to lead the management and strategic development of a multi school property portfolio. Overview: As a member of the senior leadership team, you will lead the maintenance and cleaning teams of a small multiple academy trust, ensuring that all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant with Health and Safety regulations. A typical week: * Lead estate management team across sites * Ensure sites are safe & adhere to Health & Safety regulations * Manage estates-related budgets & contracts * Analyse progress & report to other senior leaders You'll need the following: * Experience in estates or facilities management * Team & budget management experience * Strong health & safety & risk assessment knowledge * Excellent relationship building & organisational skills * Car Driver (essential) Benefits: 28 days + bank holidays (no weekends or evenings), 6.5% Employer Pension + Council Pension x 19.5%, Mental Health & Counselling services, 24-hour GP service, Cycle to work scheme, CPD Opportunities.
