Senior Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic Quantity Surveying Consultancy with an extensive portfolio of commercial projects is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Leeds team and make an immediate impact. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 16 (with 4 Quantity Surveyors based in Leeds), this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen to take the next step toward becoming an Associate Director, with the drive and ambition to make a significant impact on the business and the team. The role will involve managing junior Quantity Surveyors, helping to deliver a range of diverse projects, and overseeing a small team. You will be working closely with funders, developers, and large corporate clients, focusing on the professional side of the industry rather than site-based roles. Projects will span a variety of sectors, including Industrial (with a lot of upcoming work), Office fit-outs, Residential, as well as involvement in development monitoring, feasibility studies, and more. This position offers exposure to high-profile projects, giving you the opportunity to develop and manage key client relationships while growing within the organization, as well as being an integral part of growing the Leeds team.
