Key Responsibilities: Student Support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they can access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. Implementing Plans: Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and other support strategies, working closely with teachers and SEN staff to monitor progress and adjust approaches as needed.
